Introduction to Buriganga Eco Park Dhaka

In October 2012, Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Authority (BIWTA) built Buriganga Eco-Park on the banks of Buriganga River in Shyampur, capital Dhaka . Buriganga Eco Park can be an ideal place to spend time with nature with family in capital Dhaka. Besides the name Buriganga Eco Park, it is also known as 'Shampur Eco Park' and 'BIWTA Eco Park'.

Buriganga Eco Park has over 24 attraction rides including merry go round, capsule, bull fight, striking car, 9D cinema, food court, seating areas, boat ramps and walkways to enjoy the beautiful view of the river bank.

Entry Fee and Schedule : Buriganga Eco Park entry ticket price is Tk 30 per person. And if you want to enjoy the ride, you have to spend 30 to 100 taka depending on the ride. The park is open for visitors daily from 8 am to 8 pm. However, visitors to the park for morning walks or sports do not have to pay any entry fee.
