- Prohibited Content Rejection: Submissions containing prohibited topics (casino, gambling, betting, adult, unlicensed pharmaceuticals) will be rejected and refunded, or canceled in accordance with security protocols.
- Technical Failure / Non-Publication: If an unforeseen technical fault prevents your article from going live within 72 hours of approval, you may request an immediate refund.
- Duplicate Transactions: Any accidental double charges or duplicate bKash payments will be refunded in full immediately upon verification.
B. Non-Refundable Scenarios (Once Published)

- Violations Incurred Post-Publication: If a previously approved website subsequently redirects to malware, phishing, or illegal content, ColoZai reserves the right to remove the link without a refund.
