Introduction to Nandan Park Dhaka
Nandan Park was built in 2003 in the Baripara area of Nabinagar-Chandra Highway in Savar to create opportunities for short-time leisure in the hustle and bustle of civic life. Covered in greenery, this park has an area of about 33 acres, safe and international quality various domestic and foreign rides, 5-D movie theater, water world, restaurant, resort and extensive car parking facilities.
Among the interesting rides in Nandan Park are Jeep Ride, Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Challenge Course, Roller Coaster, Obstacle Course, Water Coaster, Cable Car etc. And Water World has Wave Pool, Suite & Family Curve Tube Slide, Wave Runner, Doom Slide, Multi Play Zone and Water Fall & Mist.
Besides, on special days of the year (eg: Independence Day, Victory Day, Eid, Puja, Pahela Baishakh) various events/concerts are organized in Nandan Park. Nandan Park has good facilities for organizing corporate events, picnics, meetings/seminars.
Entrance ticket price to Nandan Park
Various packages are available to enter Nandan Park. Two rides with park entry cost Tk 500, 10 rides with entry cost Tk 750 and tickets for all Water World rides with entry cost Tk 800. You can enjoy the rides of your choice even after entering the park and paying a certain amount. Ticket prices for Nandan Park rides are limited to Rs.40 to Rs.170. Nandan Park also offers discounted tickets at different times of the year.
Nandan Park Timings
Nandan Park is open from Sunday to Thursday from 10 am to 7 pm. And the park can be entered from 09:30 am to 7 pm on Friday and Saturday.
